From the moment you contact our team, we strive to provide you with not just a high quality product, but a high quality experience.
All orders and inquiries are handled personally via E-mail and/or phone. You will never receive an “auto-reply” from us or be given a vague and/or impersonal form to process your order.
We guide, advise and assist you – personally, throughout the entire process so as to create your custom designed playing cards that exceed your expectations – from the first Ace to the last Joker.
This direct communication is critical to you and is what will ultimately determine and ensure you of receiving exactly what you set out to create or better!
Our service and support are the most important aspects of your order.
Once we process and layout your playing card artwork we then E-Mail you “E-proofs.” This process is done until you are completely satisfied.
Please remember that no question is too small when it comes to your cards being done exactly as you imagined it to be – so, please do not be shy with or ever feel that you are a “bother” in any way. We want you to be totally happy.
